David has lived in Santa Cruz for over 36 years. He moved here after attending San Diego State. He, along with his wife Sarah and his daughter Norah, enjoy all that this wonderful place has to offer. Surfing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf are just some of the activities that make Santa Cruz County an exceptional place to live. Santa Cruz is large enough, so you do not feel that it's over-crowded while over time you get the sense that everywhere you go you see a friendly familiar face. Over the past 20 plus years' real estate has become more daunting and perilous than ever. He has worked in real estate for over 21 years and has been a broker since 2006. He has been involved in all manner of real estate transactions, Trust Sales, Bank foreclosures, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, Investment Real Estate, Property Management and Owner Financed Real Estate. Helping with the process of buying or selling real estate is one of the greatest passions he enjoys in his life.
