David Welker is a corporate managing director based in the Savills Denver office. David specializes in the coordination and implementation of complex real estate transactions. His ability to bring cost effective and flexible real estate solutions to his clients has been the key to his success. David brings a hands-on, personal approach to his clients and always acts on their behalf with a strong set of ethics.
David has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and consulting services on a regional and national basis. He has completed a variety of real estate assignments valued at more than $900 million. His experience ranges from headquarters projects, multiple facility consolidations, corporate relocations, build-to- suit projects, land acquisitions as well as lease and sublease transactions. David’s clients include Kaiser Permanente, WellDyne RX, Comcast, 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and U.S. Bank.
Prior to joining Savills, David was vice president at JLL and began his career with Cresa Partners.
