I have been in the contracting and engineering field for over thirty years. I bought and sold my firm and have worked in senior management for a national HVAC company. After selling my firm in 1999, I have been helping owners with business and technology issues and actively representing buyers and sellers in business and real estate transactions. I am a past president of the Institute of Heating and Air Conditioning Industries, a member of the California Association of Business Brokers and Rotary International. I have lived and worked in California for most of my life.
