David began at NAI Plotkin in 1998 and brings 30+ years experience in commercial real estate. Through David’s vast experience in commercial real estate, he has obtained detailed knowledge of the background and transaction history of nearly every commercial property in the region. He contributes an encyclopedic knowledge of properties in Western Massachusetts and helps assist the brokerage division in developing marketing strategies in order to increase bottom-line performance for all real estate objectives.
David provides vital marketing data to support the entire corporate services and commercial real estate team. His experience combined with his educational background in finance has helped assist NAI Plotkin in determining accurate site analysis and market values. With his market research, we can offer our clients innovative insight based on economic, demographic, and real estate indicators. More recently, David has been assisting Center Human Development (CHD) with corporate services and has been involved in providing commercial real estate brokerage services for CHD’s regional team.
