David's background begins with 36 years in the furniture and design world as a business owner. He then officially segued into his love for real estate and became a Broker and Realtor, earning recognition in Master’s Club CVAR this year. His experience is broad across all areas of commercial, agriculture, multi-family, residential sales, and acquisitions. Beth has a degree in English, spending the majority of her years in some form of teaching. In 1995 he purchased his first project home and caught the remodeling bug. Since then, he has renovated ten additional properties including a 5th Wheel, condominium, and several homes. Each of these projects have included some new learning opportunities and developed some reliable professional relationships. They have retained many of those projects as rentals and enjoy that aspect of real estate as well.
