Mr. Wrzesinski is a commercial real estate expert. He began his commercial real estate career in 2003 at Anderson Valuation Group, where he was designated a Certified General Appraiser in 2006. He is particularly adept at logistics analysis, valuation, cash flow modeling and sale-leaseback transactions. Since 2015 he provides strategic real estate advisory services to owners and tenants with acquisitions, lease-ups and disposition services, specializing in industrial, investment sales and vacant land.
