David Zacharia has succeeded continuously in the real estate industry since a few months after college graduation in 1990. He started DZ Net Lease Realty, LLC, in 2004 after working for one of the more successful Chicago real estate developers. DZ Net Lease Realty, LLC is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. David has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Wal-Mart, McDonald's, Chase, AutoZone, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Denny's among many others. He has as a Net Lease broker closed hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions (these are not team inflated numbers like most other brokers) and has many repeat clients. He works with high net worth individuals, family trusts, REITs, private equity funds, agents, and brokers.
