David Zimkin has over a decade of experience in real estate with an extensive background in short sales, foreclosures, investment properties and of course traditional sales. His vast experience as a consumer advocate in dealing with distressed sales and REO properties has afforded him the volume of experience that his clients have grown to appreciate. As a Radio Show Real Estate Host on ESPN 1700am "The Real Estate Coach Radio Show" & frequent guest of Mr. Credit Radio Show and Real Estate Contributor to the Union Tribune, he has been giving sound advice to consumers for years.
He was recently awarded the San Diego Magazine’s 2011 & 2012 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award and David is also a member of the California Association of Realtors Grievance committee which protects consumer and Realtors alike against violations as a member of the National Association Realtors Code of Ethics. He is currently the largest volume producer in the nation in successful short sale transactions closed under the Loss Mitigation Network and continue to outperform year after year as a short sale expert and consumer advocate. He is also a member of the National REO Broker Association and the California Association of Realtors.
