Dean began Expansion Commercial, Inc. with a commitment to consult clients
regarding Real Estate marketing, economy, and value. Educated as a Real Estate Finance major at the University of North Florida, Dean started an independent Commercial Real Estate Research Company in 1994, Dean has a thorough knowledge of the Northeast Florida Market. The company Dean Gilliland and Associates performed availability studies on office, industrial and retail properties. He has been a contributing writer with articles appearing in the Jacksonville Business Journal, and Florida Real Estate Journal. Dean began in negotiating sales and leasing transactions on behalf of clients in 2000 as a Real Estate Salesperson with Atlantic Commercial Properties. He has placed millions of dollars of client’s money into several property investments that create long lasting income for them. He also is an accomplished webmaster and uses his skills in Internet marketing to expose his listing inventory to a wide range of Commercial Real Estate users.
Dean is a Broker Associate who serves his clients best interests, and applies his knowledge to investigate the value within Real Estate transactions that benefit his customers. He applies the years of research in the Northeast Florida market to bring buyers and sellers together.
