Dean Heueisen began his career in commercial real estate in 1995 and has been active in providing real estate consulting services including strategic planning, site selection, acquisition and disposition of real estate. He provides a coordinated approach to the transaction process including not only the brokerage assignment, but also the project management and construction process. Dean joined Cresa Kansas City in March of 2011 and in July, 2014 started OneSide Commercial as Principal and continues his singular focus in assisting only the end users of commercial real estate. Dean’s strategy has always been to emphasize the long-term goals and objectives of his clients while stressing the importance of personal integrity and objectivity.
