Dean Kaufman recently joined the Colliers International Office Division in Las Vegas, Nevada where his responsibilities include office tenant / landlord representation for leasing and sales. Originally from Australia, Dean graduated from Monash University, Melbourne in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. He moved to the United States in 1995 and spent 7 years in the Cruise Ship industry based in Miami working for a subsidiary of the Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group. In his role as Sales Manager, Dean implemented successful recruitment, training and development programs while increasing revenue for key clients including Royal Caribbean International. Since moving to Las Vegas, Dean quickly integrated himself into the business community by applying his knowledge of the tourist market to his own small business where his involvement in leasing and sales transactions led him to a real estate career with Colliers International. Dean’s dynamic sales and marketing background ensures a fresh approach to providing client solutions. Dean is also a member of NAIOP and and licensed real estate agent in the State of Nevada.
