Bio
Deanna is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Architectural Design. She received her Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson in 1992.
Previously, Deanna worked for the Greenville County Planning Commission for the City of Greenville as a Planner and with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services - Greenville, LLC where she specialized in Retail, Hospitality, and Investment brokerage. After 10 years with Lee, Deanna launched Signature Commercial Properties, LLC in 2018 where she continues to service the Retail, Hospitality, and Investment community while adding Net Lease Properties to her repertoire.
Deanna is active in the community serving on various local boards and ministries.
