Debbie Weber is proof that experience counts in real estate. Debbie started her real estate career in 1982 and hasn’t looked back since. In 2014, she joined the Bill McCoy Real Estate Team when Bill wanted someone with experience in real estate to handle a particular subdivision.
Her career began when a friend got her into commercial real estate, where she thrived for more than 15 years, marketing and selling warehouse space and working for some of the biggest commercial real players around Kansas City. Debbie holds his Kansas broker’s license as well and is the lead sales agent for The Estates at Chapman Farms in Lee’s Summit.
As a 20-year resident of Lake Lotawana, sailing is favorite water activity for Debbie and her family, joining a local lady’s group each Wednesday on the boat during the summer. She learned to water ski at almost 30 years old and grew up sailing with her own parents at Lake Jacomo. Debbie and her husband Phillip have three children. She attended Longview Community College, has a CCIM certification and assists Bill with commercial transactions.
