Bio
Deborah started her career in commercial real estate with MK Property Services, LLC, where she worked closely with investors and clients to find superior tenants, maximize asset value and locate and analyze commercial acquisitions. She also played a central role in managing the company’s operations, including recruiting and staffing, HR, marketing and property management. In 2010, Deborah was recruited by Nat Franklin to work at PMF Investments as Vice President of Brokerage and Commercial Leasing. Deborah’s role at PMF is to facilitate the growth of the company by centralizing PMF’s leasing & brokerage and helping to build broader relationships within the brokerage and commercial real estate communities. She also leads the lease negotiations on PMF’s portfolio and oversees tenant recruitment, taking care to balance national credit tenants with local success stories to create the right synergy for each center. Deborah works closely with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and maximize asset performance. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Deborah had a successful career in corporate recruiting at Business Management Services, Inc. After placing more than 700 candidates in the Puget Sound region—including many within the real estate industry—she made the transition to commercial real estate and development. Deborah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. In her free time, she enjoys helping graduating seniors with charting and pursuing career paths. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family.
