Dee is a prominent real estate figure in Lakeland and central Florida with over three decades of professional experience. Since 1990 she has been committed to providing her clients with the very best in real estate service and in 2014 she opened the doors of S&D Real Estate Services. As the Broker-Owner, Dee embodies a community-focused ethos encouraging her agents to use their experience and hyper-local insights to serve Lakeland's real estate needs. Her efforts have propelled S&D Real Estate to become Lakeland's largest independently owned and operated real estate office with a close-knit agent family who affectionately know her as "Momma Dee."
Dee also developed the S&D Community Give Back Program in January 2023 to provide her agents with the opportunity to support their chosen philanthropic efforts individually while bettering the Lakeland community as a whole.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dee cherishes her role as a loving wife to Shawn since 2006, a mother to her three grown children, and being a DeeDee to her proud grandmother to four greatest gifts, her grandchildren. She is a true dog lover and finds solace in her faith, family, and the warmth of the Florida sun. Boating, travel, and quality time with friends round out her vibrant life.
