The Eberly Company is a family owned and operated full service property management company. In business since 1986, our portfolio includes over 100 residential and commercial properties in Southern California. We have developed a system of management that focuses on accomplishing the owner’s business objective, while achieving an optimal rental quality for residents and tenants.
Our portfolio and experience include brand new luxury developments, shopping centers and mixed use properties, as well as properties that require specially tailored management due to status as an REO or property in receivership, location, condition, or experience with housing issues or environmental effects. The Eberly Company is well known as a top company for leasing new developments with qualified residents under the estimated leasing time frame, while at the same time also known as the solution for hard to manage properties, and is a property management company of choice for government agencies.
In 2011, The Eberly Company was awarded a contract with the Housing and Community Investment Department (formerly Los Angeles Housing Department) to provide outreach and education services to property owners who have been placed in the REAP program. Our role is to reach out to these owners and help them to navigate the program, returning their property to compliance and removing them from REAP. Since The Eberly Company was awarded the contract, HCIDLA is closing 22% more cases than they are opening, and the open case time has been reduced to 5 months from 16 months in 2010.
The Eberly Company’s unique approach to management includes complete hands on management from Charles Eberly, Cynthia Eberly, and Deena Eberly. We meet with staff daily and are on site at the properties to ensure that they are being managed to our standards at all times.
