Dena Zell, a Phoenix native, has been actively working in the commercial real estate industry since 2010. Dena grew up in this industry; her father, Alan Zell, founded ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1977 and is known as the market leader in retail real estate. Dena has benefited from this lifelong knowledge to guide and serve her clients.
She began her career with ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and joined Capital Asset Management in August 2021. Dena focuses her efforts both on strategic retailer and restaurant rollouts, as well as representing a significant portfolio of retail shopping centers throughout Arizona. Some of her past and current clients include national and locally based retailers such as: Cupbop, Morning Squeeze, Pure Barre, F45, Modern Yoga, Gravity Coffee, Sun & Ski, and many more.
When Dena isn’t busy working, you can most likely find her breaking a sweat in yoga, spin, or Pilates, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends and handsome beagle Oliver. She believes that being a part of a community requires servicing the community and is actively involved with a number of local and national organizations. She currently serves on the board of Make-A-Wish Arizona and was recently selected as a member of the National Youth Cabinet for The Jewish Federation.
