Denise Leyendecker joined Stiles Realty in April 2009 as Retail Leasing Agent for the West Palm/Treasure Coast area. Denise comes to Stiles from Synergy Retail Group where she was a Leasing Specialist. Denise was responsible for leasing and marketing a portfolio of 800,000 square feet and was instrumental in having a 350,000 square foot power center 95% leased at the completion of construction. During her time at Synergy, Denise negotiated and executed letters of intent and lease documents for anchors, national, regional and local tenants. She also provided market studies to identify market trends, surrounding tenants, local competition, immediate vacancies and market comparables to her prospects and in addition, qualifying prospective Tenant’s financial worth and prepared ROI models to evaluate deal and lease structures for those prospects.
Denise’s transaction history includes placing the following tenants: Costco, Best Buy, Marshall’s, Home Goods, Mattress Firm, Petco, Dress Barn, Jamba Juice, Quizno’s, Starbucks, Wachovia and National City. Denise is currently responsible for leasing Las Ventanas in Boynton Beach and Shoppes at Veranda Falls in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwood University in Michigan, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
