Leibovitz specializes in representing local and national restaurant tenants in site selection and expansion.
Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Leibovitz was a Senior Vice President within The Weitzman Group’s Commercial Retail Division. Leibovitz has been a commercial realtor since 1985, previously working at Capital Realty Group and First Newport Companies. Leibovitz has received numerous honors and awards during his career including a consistent top producer at The Weitzman Group and was a frequent Heavy Hitter by the Dallas Business Journal. For twelve years prior to entering the real estate profession, Leibovitz was a representative and sales manager for some of the top national women’s wholesale apparel firms where he was a consistent top producer. In 2003, Leibovitz received the Dallas Business Journal award for the “Best Deal in Developed Real Estate”.
Leibovitz is active in numerous professional and civic organizations, including the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Leibovitz attended Kent State University.
