Bio
Dennis became a full time Realtor in 1973, and subsequently obtained his broker’s license in 1978. Additionally, he became a Certified Senior Appraiser, a Licensed General Contractor, and served as Chairman for the County Permit Appeals Board and as a Grand Jury Committee Chairman.
He also served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club, was Volunteer of the Year for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, served as a docent for the Humane Society and as a volunteer for the Special Olympics.
During the years spanning his career, he participated in the construction of residential, town home, and small commercial development properties. He has participated in the sale and exchange of commercial, retail, and office building transactions, and currently is involved in ownership of office buildings and retail properties in California, Arizona, Texas and Michigan.
Dennis is a certified SCUBA diver, licensed pilot, former member of the Parachute Club of America, and is an avid hiker and dirt bike enthusiast. He served a tour of duty with the U.S. Navy Amphibious Forces in Vietnam 1966-1967. He currently lives in Windsor, California with his wife Teresa, and is General Manager of North Bay Commercial Real Estate.
