Derek has been working in commercial real estate since he was 18 years old and has since gained a strong amount of analytical knowledge within the industry. Having worked with Encore since the company was founded, he has become an important member of the team who will work to help get any deal done. While working with Encore he has been receiving his degree in finance from Wayne State University in Detroit. Derek in his time at Encore has worked to create an extensive database of clients to ensure that he can find the right buyer for every deal.
