Working in-house for a major U.S. landlord, Derek started his career representing retail projects in major Texas markets. He transitioned into retail brokerage working on projects throughout Western and Central New York before starting SQ/FT Healthcare Real Estate. Derek’s built a team of industry experts throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
