Devin helps with Construction and Development projects across our nearly 5MM square feet of commercial property and a multitude of multifamily/senior units. He also assist acquisitions, developments. With existing properties I work and assist with, financing, ownership in properties, investing, entitlements, working with municipalities, construction management of our properties including third parties, leasing, working with existing tenants, budgeting, capital projects, and much more.
He works in Senior Living development and operations as well, with a focus on exceptional resident care on our projects.
He runs and oversees Wexford Commercial Construction, LLC who is owned by similar ownership as Wildamere including myself.
