Devin Glowinski is an experienced real estate property developer and educator based in Toronto. He holds a wealth of knowledge that he looks forward to sharing with you. Devin received his Master of Arts degree in urban planning at the University of Sheffield and an undergraduate degree from McGill University. He leverages his knowledge of land-use planning, zoning, and municipal policy to better understand value and opportunities for potential buyers and sellers. He can guide you through complex urban property searches and projects. He teaches urban planning and municipal governance at Ryerson University. In 2021, he won the Dean’s Teaching Award – professor of the year! He is no stranger to municipal and provincial policy as he worked for the Province of Ontario for 11 years. On a personal note, he’s an avid cyclist and keeps backyard chickens. Urban food security and the perfect vegetable garden are also on his list for an ideal home.
