Devin White focuses his efforts on industrial sale and lease transactions in South Florida, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for local, regional and national clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Devin had a successful introduction into the industry supported by an 8+ year tenure with Codina / Flagler Real Estate Services. While positioned at Flagler, Devin played an integral part in the successful leasing of Beacon Industrial Park, a ±800,000 SF, master-planned business park owned by AMB Property located in Miami-Dade County’s Airport West submarket as well as Beacon Lakes Industrial Park (a joint venture between Flagler Development Group and AMB Property), one of the largest industrial parks in South Florida encompassing approximately 500 gross acres and 6M square feet of industrial space. Today, Devin’s team handles over 4M square feet of agency assignments owned by some of the largest institutions in the world.
