Diane McRipley, Associate Broker with RE/MAX Preferred, REALTORS is a dedicated, committed full time real estate agent and licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. She has been in real estate for over 20 years and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS (PAR), and a member of local board Suburban West REALTORS Association.<br><br>She possesses an innate understanding and keen awareness of people's needs and concerns during the real estate process. Diane uses her experience and foresight to proactively communicate and guide you through every detail of the real transaction. It is not uncommon to spend 30 minutes or more reviewing real estate contracts and she will guide you through the process from the first call all the way through closing.<br><br>Diane utilizes her husband Ronald as her unlicensed assistant. He has a Ph.D. degree from the University of Michigan but was also a real estate agent for several years.
