Diane Weinberg joined CBRE in 2013 upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm, to CBRE, Inc. As Managing Director, she is responsible for leading the sales management initiative for 100+ advisory and transaction services professionals. She plays a key role in driving occupier and agency business development, facilitates collaboration across all services lines and strategic team formation. As part of the Philadelphia region’s management team, Diane also oversees the region’s Healthcare Group and training program for the region’s young advisory professionals.
Diane joined Fameco in 2004 as Executive Vice President. Diane oversaw the brokerage services division and the overall operation of the Fameco organization including business planning, development of new client relationships, resource management, corporate communications, recruiting, training and database administration.
Prior to joining Fameco, Diane served as Managing Director for Insignia/ESG. During her 15 year tenure with these organizations she was responsible for the development and implementation of a Strategic Services Provider Program, the management of a 12 broker retail operation in New York, and the supervision of the managed brokerage process for over 70 brokers in the Philadelphia region.
