Dianne Simmons, CCIM and her team at Simmons Commercial Group (SCG) provide the professional skill set, extensive experience, current and historical market knowledge, negotiation skills, and hands-on analysis to assure every client they service receives an exceptional level of expertise allowing them to make highly informed decisions about their commercial real estate (CRE) needs. With over 4 decades of CRE experience, SCG makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible and the result always exceeds the client’s expectation.
Dianne began her real estate career in the early 1980s, honing her knowledge with an international CRE brokerage and then moving into owning her own boutique tenant and buyer rep brokerage in Sherman Oaks, CA for over 12 years. She expanded her CRE experience by taking on the position of VP of Business Development for Sales Dynamics, an innovator in the area of specialty retail leasing. Dianne negotiated with major regional mall owners, successfully opening over 45 pop-up/kiosk leasing programs on the West Coast during her 6-year tenure with the company.
Moving to Las Vegas in 1999, SCG has assisted hundreds of tenants, buyers, landlords, owners, and investors achieve the goals they have for their businesses or their financial portfolios. We can service every area of CRE – industrial, office, retail, multi-family, and investments working diligently to provide you with a thorough review of market comparables, analysis of selected properties, and start-to-finish hands-on communication and negotiation of satisfactory terms.
