Dick James has dealt exclusively with the purchase, sale and management of apartment houses in the Sacramento (CA), Reno (NV), and Phoenix (AZ) areas either as a Broker representing a buyer or seller or as a General Partner representing over 30 partnerships involving more than 6,500 apartment units. As a result of this, James has put together over 200 apartment house transactions. The sizes of the transactions range from a 12 unit acquisition to a 1,000 unit acquisition.
Dick James received his CCIM designation in 1972. In the Sacramento area, he is commonly referred to as “The Apartment Man” and was recently included in Sacramento Business Journal’s “Who’s Who” in Real Estate.
