Dillon was raised in Clarence, NY and has been a part of the Western New York Community for most of his life and has substantial knowledge of the Buffalo-Niagara Region. He began his commercial real estate career as an Associate Leasing Agent in the Chicagoland MSA. While in Chicago, he specialized in retail tenant representation for national retailers such as SAVERS, AccuQuest Hearing Centers, MedSpring Urgent Care and Guitar Center, among others. Since moving back to Buffalo, Dillon has expanded on his retail background by gaining additional leasing experience working on the landlord side of the transaction, as well as in retail investment sales. Dillon furthermore has expanded his expertise into both the Industrial and Office assets classes. Dillons extensive knowledge and experience working on multiple sides of a real estate transaction, makes him ideal to assist you in your real estate needs.
