Bio
Dillon Ludlow is the Director of Real Estate for Capital Eleven. He enjoys the creative problem solving that comes with each real estate deal. In college he started a landscaping company which paid for both his and his wife’s education. He employed 3-6 people at any given time in the business’ life span.
Before coming to Capital Eleven Dillon started in real estate with a commercial real estate brokerage for Marcus & Millichap specializing in office and medical office space. From there he worked for St. Luke’s Health Care System in their real estate department where he mainly focused on land acquisition and property management.
Dillon earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management – Finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He lives in Boise with his wife Jenni along with their daughter and their son. When he isn’t working he enjoys sports, running, and the outdoors with his family.
