As the Director of Property Management, Dimitri oversees multiple property portfolios of various property types, as well as the technological operations of the company’s property software.
With over 11 years in property management in single-family, multi-family, industrial, commercial and manufactured housing property management, Dimitri is a great addition to the JD Property Management Team. As a manufactured housing property manager, he was responsible for a portfolio of over 1,000 manufactured housing spaces in Los Angeles County.
Dimitri holds a Designation as a Residential Management Professional (RMP), is a Credentialed Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), a Certified Water Manager (CWM) and obtain the Property Management Certification (PMC) from the California Association of Realtors. Most astutely, Dimitri is currently a Candidate in Progress for his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institution of Real Estate Management (IREM). Dimitri has also served on the California NARPM state board of directors and the NARPM Long Beach/Orange County Chapter board of directors.
