Mr. Riekse is an Executive Director at C&W in the Chicago Office. At C&W, Mr. Riekse executes and advises on numerous acquisition, disposition and lease transactions for his clients. Transactions include: land sales, investment sales, leasebacks, build to suits and leases. Transaction volume exceeds $4 billion. Finally, Mr. Riekse leads two national accounts coordinating all transactions.
Previously, Mr. Riekse was a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he executed the acquisition and disposition of development assets with a combined value of $500 million. Dirk was responsible for the successful execution of client projects for Mitsui, General Motors, Xerox, Herman Miller, RIC, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and managed the relocation pro- gram and site search for William Wrigley’s Global Innovation Center.
