With over two decades of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, and finance, Mr. Taraschansky has climbed the ranks across various roles within these industries. Currently holding the position of Senior Vice President for Real Estate Acquisitions and Investments at Essex Property Trust, he has dedicated 13 years to the company. Starting as an Associate, he progressed through Director and Vice President roles, eventually reaching the esteemed position of Senior Vice President.
Mr. Taraschansky global perspective in real estate was shaped during a stint as a Summer Associate at RREEF in London. Prior to this, he spent three formative years in Baltimore, specializing in research related to investment decisions.
