Dominika Demantova is a licensed brokerage Senior Associate within CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services group. As the lead Team Transaction Coordinator for her team’s 15M (+) square foot portfolio of over 70 office buildings, Dominika provides transaction support over the entire agency leasing team. She has a direct focus on leasing office space in and around Pittsburgh’s Central Business District, including specifically handing renewals of existing leases within portions of the portfolio, and management of all database, stacking plan and lease tracking software systems. She has been an invaluable member of this CBRE team for more than 7 years.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services group, Dominika worked in CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group on the Mylan (NASDAQ: MYL) account, providing transaction management support for a diverse portfolio of 20M+ SF of leased and owned properties spread across 165 countries globally.
Prior to CBRE Dominika worked in Business Development for a local architectural firm and has a background in management and administrative support. She received her law degree from the University of Matej Bel, Banska Bystrica, Slovakia in International Law, and has completed additional, numerous CBRE training courses.
