30+ years of diverse business experience. Earned an MBA in Finance from St. John's University. Worked in the Investment Department of New York Life Insurance Company for 10 years, in which he was involved in a broad range of corporate fixed income and equity investments as well as commercial real estate transactions. During his tenure with New York Life, Don achieved the level of Investment Vice President and Team Leader. Left New York Life to purchase and act as owner/operator of a small business in Pennsylvania. After improving operations and cash flow, sold the business and relocated to Jacksonville. Don has been a licensed real estate professional, and has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate and business brokerage over the past 19 years.
