Having acquired, developed, managed, and brokered more than $2.5 Billion of real estate in his Florida-focused career, Don identified an unfulfilled niche in the real estate marketplace whereby brokerage needed to be broader than a “one size fits all” format. Katalyst provides multiple platforms to market & sell real estate from their confidential, sniper-like Private Placement Sales all the way to Nationwide mass-marketed traditional campaigns and the ability to dial up or down their programs anywhere in between.

A native of South Florida, Don is a highly skilled real estate entrepreneur with an extensive track record of success in nearly all asset classes and submarkets of Florida. Prior to founding Katalyst, Don worked with many of the area’s most significant developers including Toll Brothers, 13th Floor Investments, Arvida, Engle Homes/TOUSA, urban infill developers, and has developed for his own account. He is licensed with the State of Florida as both a Certified General Contractor & Real Estate Broker and is a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Building Construction.
