Don Hoffman joined The Worthing Companies in August 2011 as Regional Director. In Mr. Hoffman’s role as Regional Director, he supervises multiple Community Directors and is responsible for all budget preparation, financial reporting, market analysis, and promotional efforts. Mr. Hoffman has been involved in the multifamily housing industry since 2002 serving the Southeast markets. Prior to joining Worthing, he gained experience in stabilized property management and new construction with Trammell Crow Residential Services in Atlanta. He has been a Regional Manager with responsibilities over student housing in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina as well as having responsibilities over a portfolio of affordable rental housing for low-income households in Georgia. Most recently, he managed a portfolio of owned and fee managed properties with Bell Partners in Georgia. Mr. Hoffman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Belmont Abbey College. He is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and National Apartment Association
