Donald formed Pinnacle Real Estate Services in 1989 to exclusively service his growing tenant representation client base. With his extensive real estate background and thorough understanding of the real estate industry, Donald has advised clients in evaluating lease/purchase options, build-to-suits, lease consolidation and cost/value economic analysis. Some of these successes included Dow Jones & Company, ControlSoft, Mutual of New York, Hobe & Lucas and PS Executive Centers to name a few.
Donald started his real estate career in 1986 with The King Group, a local real estate brokerage and development company. This exposure to development, tenant improvement construction, and property management provided a rounded background to fully understand the entire real estate process. But, the need to eliminate the conflicts of working for a developer/owner broker
provided the stepping stone for the formation of Pinnacle Real Estate Services.
Donald is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition, Donald is the founder and current real estate broker for Pinnacle Real Estate Services.
