Don Schuman is Corporate Controller of the Asset Management Division of NAI Hiffman. He has over 14 years of property management accounting experience.
In his present role, Mr. Schuman manages accounting operations for retail, office, and industrial assets. He prepares tenant operating expenses and real estate tax reconciliations and estimates.
Mr. Schuman assists property mangers with budget preparations. He also prepares and reviews monthly financials for various assets. He works closely with owners to determine their short term and long term cash position.
Mr. Schuman is proficient with Timberline, Skyline, MRI, and Libra accounting systems.
