Former partner with Austin Sumner Properties, has been providing commercial real estate services for his clients across the Southeast since 1978. He holds a Bachelor’s and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and has taught courses in Business Management and Real Estate. Don has been associated as a commercial agent with Edens & Avant of Columbia, South Carolina and Max L. Hill Company of Charleston, South Carolina. In 1984, Don founded Sumner Properties in Athens, Georgia. As Owner/Broker of Sumner Properties, he joined with Bryan Austin to create the partnership of Austin Sumner Properties. After 35 years of building relationships in Athens, Don has assisted many families with their real estate needs, including management and distribution of estates.
