Don Vedeen leads SkyView Advisors’ Manufactured Housing practice group where he represents Manufactured Housing Community owners and developers, enabling them to maximize their properties’ value by utilizing Skyview’s industry-leading sales process.
Don grew his entrepreneurial and sales leadership starting at an early age when he started going on sales appointments at 10 years old with his dad. From there, he ran a very successful branch of College Work Painting as a freshman in college where he was undeterred taking the bus 3 hours each way every weekend to his territory. He went door to door all day to generate leads and hired 10 painters and managed 3-4 crews at a time.
He started his professional career as a salesperson for the Phoenix Suns in 2012 and was a consistent top performer even while the franchise struggled on-court. Don always had a passion for real estate and made the switch full time in July of 2017 to Manufactured Housing at Colliers and shortly thereafter to Northmarq. Don has a track record of starting an MHC platform from the ground up and is passionate to build the leading platform for Seller Representation with SkyView Advisors.
