Since 1978, Land Development from purchase to PUD. Administrator to medium sized land development company. As President of Linsoni Inc., Developers, Contractors, Financiers, and Real Estate, have administered large real property estates, with extensive experience in tax, legal, insurance and insurance claims, and research marketing of real property.
In my youth (19yrs to 31 yrs) owned and operated nine music store chain in Ohio. Studied Music with Piano, Theory and Composition as my Major Studies, and performed from age 12 to age 32 in exclusive clubs, restaurants, university concert stages, and special events as a jazz and pop composer and songwriter performer while operating the nine store chain.
