Donald was born and raised in the Kansas City area. 2004 he graduated from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Kansas City, MO. Following graduation, he spent many years working as a maintenance technician for a large aircraft company in Texas, returning to Kansas City to work for a major airline at KCI in 2011.
