Bio
A Senior Director with Integra Realty Resources (Detroit) since 1990. Has experience with
the valuation of all types of commercial properties, as well as real estate consulting
assignments including, but not limited to, demand analyses, market rent studies,
demographic reports, replacement cost estimates, and comparable market data reports.
Although has appraisal experience with most property types, currently specializes in
valuation assignments regarding multifamily residential housing, such as apartments,
low-income rental housing, independent and assisted living senior facilities, and
condominium conversion projects. Also specializes in the valuation of special-purpose
facilities used for religious, educational and community purposes.
Clients served include lending institutions, investment firms, accountants, law firms, and
public agencies. Valuations have been performed for conventional and subsidized
financing, condemnation, estate tax, state and federal housing agencies, and
consulting/marketing purposes. Have prepared reports for court-related activities, some
of which have required testimony as an expert witness.
