As President and Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sunstar Realty, Inc., Don Randolph has an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate. With over 30 years of experience Don oversees growth and development of the Commercial Business.
Don started his first real estate company in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1972. He sold the company to become Vice President of the North Central Region for Century 21 Real Estate Corporation which included the states of Minnesota, South and North Dakota and Southern Wisconsin. Don later joined Coldwell Banker Midwest Regional Affiliates as Business Consultant covering thirteen Midwestern states. He relocated to the Charlotte County area in 1990 from Minneapolis, Minnesota and purchased Sunstar Realty.
Don went on to further his business with the acquisition of Coldwell Banker Morris Realty of Punta Gorda in 1999. Sunstar-Morris currently serves greater Charlotte County including Port Charlotte, North Port, Englewood and Punta Gorda.
