Donny Rocha, Managing Partner, is an accomplished agribusiness and finance professional. His knowledge spans from financial analysis, real estate to operations, marketing and sales. His focus has been providing value-added strategic and transaction expertise primarily in the food and agribusiness space.
He has several years of proven transactional experience executing real estate and finance related transactions. Donny has helped many companies gain access to resourceful capital necessary to facilitate capital expenditures, working capital, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and growth capital.
His career working in the farm credit system followed by commercial banking, real estate, and his on-farm experience has gained him invaluable skills and knowledge in all aspects of agriculture, real estate, strategic risk analysis, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling; as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and corporate finance.
As a trusted advisor, his role has been to create the maximum value for his clients by being hands on, hardworking, strategic, and providing expertise to execute successful transactions. One of the key components to his success has been his dedication, sales, and collaborative team approach. He also attributes his success by making relationships his central focus and having a well-rounded perspective on the work he does and pursues. Donny descends from an agricultural background with roots in the Central Valley where he resides and is an active member of his community. He volunteers with various organizations working on issues concerning agriculture, education, and youth.
