I have lived in Kentucky for 31 years and truly believe it is where my heart is. Although I started my Real Estate career in Florida in 1987, Lexington and Nicholasville has become a joy to share with my clients! The Southern hospitality, the charitable community, the events and its proximity to so many destinations make our area so desirable. I have called Nicholasville my home for 15 years and have enjoyed discovering all the great qualities Fayette and Jessamine Counties have to offer.
I've had the fortunate path in my professional career to include 27 years as an Interior Designer. In today's Real Estate market, it gives me an edge in how a property can present it's best assets or whether a fixer-upper will be an investment. I have, and still advise developers and builders in what buyers are looking for and what they are not.
I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and spending my college years in Nursing School in upstate New York instilled in me the desire to care for my clients as I would a patient. It's never too late to call, it's never a silly question, and the best results happen with communication and teamwork.
