Dorrance Brezina founded Developers Realty Group in 1998. He has been involved in real estate for 40 years. Dorrance has a strong passion for connecting clients with the right property for them whether that's residential, commercial, farm, or anything else! Dorrance feels that economic development brings economic security with good planning. In 2012, Dorrance was honored by the Des Moines Association of Realtors with the Realtor of the Year award. Since his first years in real estate, he's continually been a multi-million dollar producing agent every year. He's worked with some of Des Moines's most influential clients and customers such as Polk County Conservation, Microsoft, Iowa Heritage Foundation and many others! Dorrance has worked with several developments like Sugar Bush, Riders Woods, and Jones Estates. He has several memberships to Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, Johnson Economic Development Corporation and ABI Economic Growth Committee. Dorrance enjoys working on several of his flip houses in the Des Moines area and loves finding clients great deals of their own
