Dotty began her commercial real estate brokerage career in 1994 with Falvey Commercial Properties. She has extensive experience working with real estate owners, developers, and financial institutions for their real estate leasing and sales requirements.
Dotty honed her professional skills in a five-year career in the financial services industry, initially with Bankers Systems, Inc. where she was account executive for the central and western Kentucky regions, consulting banks and credit unions on regulatory issues. Later, Dotty took a position in LaGrange, Kentucky with Bear Financial Equipment where she was responsible for public relations and product sales to central Kentucky financial institutions.
With Falvey Commercial Properties, Dotty’s focus has been leasing in office and retail projects, site selection and land and building sales. A native and resident of Oldham County, she has developed specialized knowledge and experience in this area of the Louisville Metro real estate market. Her success is driven by her extraordinary commitment to customer service. Dotty is as comfortable working with small business owners as a bank’s Board of Directors and, as her clients and associates would testify, she always delivers service with a smile!
